Fred Burlbaw is the Branch Manager for the NTS Dallas, Texas branch. Prior to joining NTS, Mr. Burlbaw was the South Central regional manager for Earth Tool Co, a manufacturer of underground specialty equipment. Prior to Earth Tool, Mr. Burlbaw was a Regional Manager for TT Technologies Inc., a distributor of underground equipment. Mr. Burlbaw has been in the construction industry for 35 years and he has over 15 years of direct experience in the trench safety industry beginning with The Plank Co in Dallas, TX. Mr. Burlbaw has traveled extensively in the United States and internationally with these companies. Mr. Burlbaw has consulted on many large and complex underground projects including several that were industry firsts and world record breaking in scope.

Mr. Burlbaw has experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction from site utilities to finish out. Originally from the Albuquerque, New Mexico area, Mr. Burlbaw attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM and has been a resident of the North Texas area since 1988. Mr. Burlbaw is a Committee Member of Boy Scout Troop 145 where his son is an Eagle Scout.
