Shelly Bangerter is part of the Co-founding team of NTS, and is the CFO of NTS. Prior to joining NTS, Mrs. Bangerter was the CFO for Modern Group Ltd. & its subsidiaries and Modern, Ltd.; which was a diverse group of family owned companies that included manufacturing facilities, rental products and financing services. Prior to joining Dragon, Mrs. Bangerter was the Regional Financial Officer for the Southwest Region of National Equipment Services (“NES”), which was the largest single region the company operated with over $225 million in revenue and 86 branch locations. At NES, Mrs. Bangerter had full responsibility for all back office functions with a staff of over 110 employees, which included all accounting, audit, tax, billing, credit/collections, human resources, inventory control and asset management departments. In addition, Mrs. Bangerter was tasked to assist with NES Corporate on the creation of NES company wide budgets, SEC reporting, annual reports and fund raising. Mrs. Bangerter has also held senior management positions with Texas Utilities and Federal Express. Mrs. Bangerter has a BBS in Accounting from Nicholls State University in Louisiana.
