Wayne Bowling is the Branch Manager for the NTS Conroe, Texas branch. Mr. Bowling has been associated with the construction industry for 38 years. Prior to joining NTS, Mr. Bowling was the Operational/Sales Manager for Champion Rentals located in Houston, Texas. Mr. Bowling has held management and sales positions for the last 28 years in the equipment rental and sales industry in the Houston market area. Mr. Bowling started his career in the general/heavy equipment business and has 22 years of direct experience in the trench shoring industry with The Plank Company, NES Trench Shoring, United Rentals Trench Safety, and NTS.

Mr. Bowling has long been involved in local area Trade Associations which include the Houston Contractors Association (HCA), the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), the Houston Area Associated General Contractors (AGC), the Associated Equipment Dealers (AED) Association, the Texas Rental Association (TRA), and Texas Water Utilities Association (TWUA). Mr. Bowling attended Frank Phillips Jr. College and the University of Texas. Mr. Bowling has completed many industry specific training courses such as the Texas A&M Management Certification program, OSHA training for construction and general safety program and Competent Person, and Confined Space training programs.
